Join us for our Guided Crystal Bowl Meditations held monthly at Unity Church of East Louisville. Located at 740 Old Harrods Creek in Middletown Kentucky

Our Crystal Bowl Meditations are written and led by Rebecca Geracitano.
Crystal bowls are played by Mickey Geracitano generating a peaceful, other worldly sound to deepen your meditation, soothing your mind, body and soul. Mickey has collected and played crystal bowls since 2014.
Can I join remotely?
Yes we broadcast in real time through YouTube. You can look for Unity of East Louisville or check your email for a link, and if you haven’t already, please use the short form below to join the email list.
Is there a special theme?
Yes, we focus on various themes such Spring and Autumn Equinox, Chakra Balancing, and Summer and Winter Solstices.
The themes are announced via email and on Facebook.
Do I need a reservation?
No, you don’t need a reservation! There’s plenty of room for everyone. Bring yourself (and a friend), some water if you prefer, maybe an eye mask, turn the volume off on your phone, settle in and enjoy.
How long is the meditation?
The meditation lasts one hour. We request you come a few minutes early to get settled in your seat, quiet down and begin a pre-meditation practice (if you have one).
Are children invited?
Young children won’t enjoy the opportunity to sit in stillness, but some older children and teenagers may be attracted to the practice. We ask you to use your discretion in bringing young children as it can be disruptive.
How much does it cost to attend?
We do not sell tickets, and everyone is welcome. However, we do provide a box for you to place a gift with a suggested amount of $20.
