Group Hypnosis Sessions
Please note: deeper core work and recordings are not offered with group sessions. What is offered is the opportunity to anchor in a resourceful state and experience hypnosis in a group setting with friends or co-workers who have similar goals.

Smoking Cessation: Some of Rebecca’s clients have quit smoking after one session.
For those who need deeper core work and further support a 3-Session package is offered and recommended. Please see below for prices.
Weight Reduction and Maintenance: Depending upon individual weight reduction needs, Rebecca’s clients can and have attained their goals with one full 2 1/2 hour session.
Those individuals with deeply ingrained addictions and habits may require an additional two to three sessions and a 3-Session package is available and recommended.

Stress and Anxiety Release: Stress is normal part of life but life can get hectic and anxiety can accumulate. Rebecca teaches her clients stress release tools along with hypnosis. A recording for further relaxation and reinforcement is provided.

What to Expect
The Full Hypnosis Session 2 1/2 Hour Session is comprised of a session interview, to include a further understanding of what hypnosis is and is not. It includes trance work processes to get at the subconscious core issue, reframing, anchoring, future pacing and a further use of hypnosis. The final resulting hypnosis is recorded and the relaxing reinforcement audio is uploaded to an MP3 file and will be emailed. A CD can be downloaded and presented at the session or both.
Additional 1-Hour or 1 1/2 Hour Sessions can include learning self-hypnosis, further resourceful states, integrative methods, anchoring and behavior generators. These processes build upon the first session, strengthening motivation toward the goal and further eliminating any hidden resistance.
The series of sessions will build upon each previous session to ensure client is prepared to meet outside influences that affect success.
For those interested, a “regression to cause” can be a follow-up option and can be discussed at any time.
3 Session Hypnosis Package: For those who want or need additional support and additional core work, especially for long engrained habits and would like to take care of it at the first session will earn a discount of $35 if paid at the first session or online. When there is a commitment for change the subconscious mind can more readily get on board with new and positive changes. The discounted total is 5 hours for $440.00.
Session 1: 2 1/2 hours. Same as the Full Hypnosis Session
Session 2: 1 hour. Further trance processes and hypnosis tools that supports the work in session one. Best scheduled within 1 -2 weeks of first session.
Session 3: 1 1/2 hours. Further trance processes and hypnosis tools and another recorded audio for maintenance of the goals achieved in the first two sessions.

Group Hypnosis Sessions for Anxiety/Stress Release or Weight Control.
1 1/2-Hour Sessions A fun group experience for those new and a little nervous about hypnosis. In this session you will receive a full discussion on hypnosis, how it works and how you may experience it. You will learn a self-hypnosis tool to take with you and be guided into a relaxing trance induction for stress and anxiety release.
One person may schedule this 1 1/2-Hour session without the discount.

Often one session is all that is needed when you use the reinforcement audio recorded during the session as instructed. For some ingrained, life long habits, such as weight or smoking issues, a second or third session may be needed. A regression “to cause” option may also be considered and beneficial (regression therapy).
Recommendation for changing or eliminating deep personal habits: 1-3 sessions depending upon issue, goals, and individual’s needs. Session needs will be dependent upon depth and level of the issue and having a motivation toward change.

Yes, provided the individual has normal physiological and psychological functioning and therefore the ability to relax and concentrate. There is a positive correlation between a person’s willingness to relax and the ability to undergo hypnosis.
No, one should not expect to go to sleep. Instead the mind is in a relaxed state of inner awareness that feels very comfortable. One may feel sleepy, but the subconscious mind is still listening and can still accept suggestions given. Success can be further strengthened by listening to the recorded session audio.
No. Hypnosis cannot detach the ego. People who are outgoing and want to have fun and relax usually influence the success of stage hypnosis. Hypnosis for healing is entirely different and an individual can accept or reject any suggestion given and awaken if they want.
